Kate was born and raised in Minnesota and grew up passionate about sports, especially basketball. She discovered CrossFit through hot yoga and immediately knew it was the right fit. As a coach, Kate loves helping people realize their strength and resilience in and out of the gym.
In recovery for over 21 years, she has experienced firsthand the transformative power of movement and community. Kate is the founder of Fully Vested Recovery Movement, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing through movement.
Kate lives in Medina with her husband Jim and their six kids, enjoying adventures together and being part of the community.
