Had a blast, 5am is always the best class and Kari was a great coach. Everyone was so nice and supportive, WO was great, and the gym is awesome. 10/10 will be back!

SISU Fitness in Excelsior is truly something special. Pat has built an unbelievable culture that goes far beyond just workouts. The coaches are outstanding, the facilities are top notch, and every class is challenging and motivating — but what really makes SISU the best is the community. From day one, you feel welcomed, supported, and pushed to be your best alongside an amazing group of people. It’s rare to find a gym where the people are this genuine and encouraging. SISU isn’t just a fitness studio — it’s a community you actually want to be part of.

Great coaches, great environment, great classes/programs! I look forward to getting to the gym! Highly recommend. I started after 1.5 years with frozen shoulder and had to work my way to better strength. Always felt welcome and not intimidating to be in class…all skill levels welcome. 😀

Sisu is more than a gym. It’s a community. I never thought id find myself going to a CrossFit gym but it’s not what I thought it would be. There is something for everyone truly. Pat and his team are top notch and very helpful. Drop in today and try a class!
